Errors and Recovery

Site not found / No site selected

Create/activate the site under Settings → Sites and explicitly select it in the warehouse form. Admin does not bypass the required parent. See First Warehouse Setup.

Cannot start task in Pending status

Assign the task to an eligible operator first, then start it. Check assignment, current status and permissions. A fulfillment batch's assignee is not proof every generated task is already Assigned.

Cannot transition from one status to another

Follow the allowed lifecycle of that document. Verify the related physical work before advancing; do not bypass a missing pick/pack by changing the final status. Task, order, batch and shipment statuses are separate.

Insufficient stock / wrong batch or location

Compare on-hand, reserved and available quantities at the exact source location and tracking identity. A catalog product or warehouse total is not a specific available stock row.

CSV rows skipped or values missing

Existing SKUs are skipped. Only supported headers are imported; Unit/Category/dimensions are not populated by arbitrary extra columns. Use the CSV guide.

401, 403 or 429

401 usually requires session restoration/sign-in. For 403, check tenant, role permissions and enabled app features. For 429, reduce request rate and retry with backoff. Repeated refreshes do not grant permission.

Timeout or uncertain completion

Reopen the document and compare status, quantities and history before retrying. Do not create a duplicate receipt, transfer, shipment or external booking merely because the browser timed out.

When contacting support, send the page, record number, time and exact error privately. Exclude passwords, tokens, 2FA codes, account codes and unrelated personal data.
