Activity Audit
Track all user actions in SmartWMS for compliance and troubleshooting.
Activity Log
View all system activity:
- Go to Monitoring → Activity Log
- See chronological list of events
- Filter and search as needed
Logged Events

Event Details
Each log entry includes:

Filtering Logs
Filter by:
- Date range
- User
- Action type
- Entity type
- Entity ID
Searching Logs
Search for specific events:
- Enter search term
- Select search field
- Apply filter
- Find all actions by user
- Find all changes to specific order
- Find all failed logins
Exporting Audit Logs
Export for compliance:
- Configure filters
- Click Export
- Select format (CSV, PDF)
- Download
Retention Policy
Audit logs retained:

Change History
View entity change history:
- Open any record (order, product, etc.)
- Click History tab
- See all changes with:
Compliance Reports
Generate audit reports:
- Go to Reports → Audit
- Select report type:
- Set parameters
- Generate
Alerting
Set alerts for suspicious activity:
- Go to Configuration → Notifications
- Create alert rule:
- Configure notification method

Regular Reviews:- Review logs weekly
- Investigate anomalies
