IoT Sensors

Each IoT device can have multiple sensors, each tracking a specific metric.

Adding a Sensor

• Open a device in IoT → Devices
• Click Add Sensor
• Configure:

- Sensor Name (e.g., "Cold Room Temp") - Metric Type: temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, occupancy - Unit (°C, %, hPa, etc.) - Min/Max Alert Thresholds

Threshold Alerts

Set min/max thresholds for automatic alerting:

Temperature sensor: min=2°C, max=8°C
→ Alert fires if reading < 2 or > 8

Telemetry History

View sensor readings over time in the device details page. Readings are stored for 90 days by default.
