LMS helps you manage warehouse labor — from shift scheduling to performance tracking and productivity benchmarking.

Key Features

• Labor Standards — define expected time per task type (receiving, picking, packing, putaway)
• Shift Templates — define recurring shift patterns (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
• Worker Schedule — assign workers to shifts, track check-in/check-out
• Leaderboard — compare worker productivity scores
• Performance Reports — daily scores per worker

Setting Up Labor Standards

• Go to Labor → Standards
• Click New Standard
• Define:

- Task type (picking, packing, etc.) - Target time per unit (minutes) - Unit of measure (item, order line, pallet)

Daily Performance Score

Each worker receives a daily score (0–100) based on:

• 60% Task performance vs standard
• 25% Utilization (active time / scheduled time)
• 15% Accuracy (error-free completions)

Scores are calculated automatically at 00:15 UTC each night.
