Dashboards
Dashboards provide real-time visibility into your warehouse operations through customizable widgets and KPIs.
Default Dashboard
The main dashboard shows:
- KPI Cards: Key metrics at a glance
- Charts: Visual trends
- Activity Feed: Recent operations
- Alerts: Items requiring attention
Dashboard Widgets
Available widget types:

Creating Custom Dashboard
- Go to Dashboard
- Click Customize
- Click + Add Widget
- Select widget type
- Configure data source
- Position on dashboard
- Save layout
Widget Configuration
For each widget:
Data Settings:- Report/data source
- Filters
- Refresh interval
- Title
- Size (small/medium/large)
- Colors
- Number format

Share dashboards with team:
- Open dashboard
- Click Share
- Select users or roles
- Set permissions (view/edit)
- Users see shared dashboard

- Push notifications for alerts
Dashboard Best Practices
Keep it simple:- 5-7 key metrics max
- Clear, readable charts
- Logical grouping
- Link to drill-down reports
- Show trends, not just numbers
- Highlight exceptions
- Review metrics quarterly
- Remove unused widgets
- Add new KPIs as needed
